If you're over 60 and noticing your drives aren't flying like they used to — you’re not alone.

For Jim Gawluck, a 66-year-old golfer with a 2.3 index who plays over 200 rounds a year, the creeping loss of distance and post-round aches started to feel inevitable.

Like many aging golfers, Jim noticed he was leaving himself longer and longer approach shots. He used to hit it 275+. But lately? He was stuck around 225–230.

He had two options:

- Move up a set of tees…

- Or find another way to get his power back.

Then he discovered a no-equipment, do-anywhere flexibility program built specifically for golfers over 60.

And everything started to change.

A Game-Changer Without the Gym

Jim started the 28-Day Golf Body Tune-Up — a home-based flexibility and core-strength program made for golfers who want to play better, feel better, and stay mobile as they age.

It’s not some hardcore workout regimen.

It’s 15–20 minute daily routines that can be done:

In your living room…

On the go in a hotel room…

Or even outside on a beautiful day.

No gear. No weights. No driving to the gym.

Just your body, your time, and your willingness to try.

And for Jim?

“These flex sessions have been game changers for me…”

(See Jim's full review at the bottom of this page.)

+24 Yards Off the Tee. 10 MPH Swing Speed Gain.

Using tools like Arccos and Swing Caddie, Jim tracked his performance like a scientist.

After a month of the program (spread over two months because he was taking things at his own pace), here’s what he experienced:

✅ Average drives increased by 24 yards

✅ Driver swing speed jumped by 10 MPH

✅ Increased distance allowed for shorter clubs in for more accuracy (hitting a 9 or less when before he was hitting a 7 or more)

✅ Better turn back and through, with less pain and more power

And perhaps best of all?

“I’m 66 years old and hitting it like I did when I was 36.”

(Individual results may vary. See Jim's full review at the bottom of this page.)

No Guesswork. Just Progress.

Jim also mentioned something critical for guys worried about injury or overdoing it:

“I learned quickly — don’t overdo the stretches to the point it hurts. Just stay consistent. It still works.”

He now plans to repeat the program again (and again) to maintain his progress.

And his golf pro? He was blown away by the improvement — even recommending the program to other students looking to gain distance the smart way.

Want to See What This Program Could Do for You?

You don’t need to be a 2.3 index player like Jim to benefit.

If you’re:

Losing distance off the tee

Feeling stiff or sore after rounds

Wanting to improve flexibility, range of motion, core-strength and balance

Then this simple at-home routine might be one of the smartest things you can do for your game — and your body.

It’s an affordable one-time payment for unlimited access.

Hello. I wanted to share with folks thinking about this 28 day program, my personal experience.

I am 66 Y/O, 5'10 and approx 210lbs (arg). . currently a 2.3 index and play approximately 230 rounds per year. I try to walk all of them.  I have noticed over the years that my distance has gotten shorter off tee and pre/post round aches and pains were more and more. I wasn't yet willing to accept this as the "Norm" Then by luck, I stumbled across
this 28 day flexibility program...

I have now completed the first 28 days. It took me about double the days as I would do before a golf day. Anyway, I plan to simply re do all 28 again (and again) to keep up flexibility.

I wanted to share, that these flex sessions have been game changers for me. As a 2.3 index player, I think I have some knowledge of the golf swing and motion required. Increased flexibility has helped me a lot with the various aspects of the game. I use a golf monitoring app called Arccos. If you aren’t familiar, it has butt end grip sensors that pick up many of the golf shot perameters like carry distance etc. , Arccos monitors all shots, distances and many other parameters so I have very accurate data and averages of each club, to compare from prior to starting 28 days. The info I share here are not guesses...

The normal course setup that I play is around the 64-6600 yards. Prior to this program, my average drives would be pushing 225-230 yards. This was leaving me with lots of distance remaining to the green. Way more than I had been used to when I could hit the drive 275+. I either had to move up another set of Tees (which I am not ready to do yet) or find another way to manage that distance.

Note: that I sent
this program to my club pro and he told me that this looked like a very smart way to increase flexibility. I take several lessons annually from him and he always told me to increase core strength and flexibility to gain distance. He also recommended I start Yoga. He advises that the only way I would get more distance was to become more flexible. Folks, don't take my or this programs word for it. Talk to your golf pro about it. Mine said, after reviewing this system,  if I could complete and continue this increased flexibility, with my swing fundamentals, I would easily pick up 25-35 yards. he loves to say "I told you so" hehe.

During this last 2 months of the
28 Day routine, Drives have been steadily increasing and are now, based on Arccos data, averaging 24 yards longer with a very nice tight draw and high trajectory  (frequently 30+) and while that is great for the ego, more importantly, it allows for shorter clubs in with more accuracy (theoretically) often hitting 9 or less where I was hitting 7 or more. This is serious scoring opportunity improvements.

This increased flexibility has allowed a much wider turn back and thru, increasing speed. What I am still working on is the different timing this increased turn requires. That is a very nice problem to have folks. hehe. I also have a Swing caddie SC200 that measures swing speed, carry/total distance etc. I use this at the driving range for all club distances . My driver swing speed has gained approximately
10MPH. At my age and this point in my golf game, I feel that is a major increase.  (the simple math suggests the increased speed produces, agreeing with Arccos, an extra 25-30 yards).  I suspect my turn back and thru is 20% wider now. When I get the timing down of the much wider turn, The results are awesome. I am 66 years y/o and hitting it like I did when 36 (+1.8 index back then) I feel I can still gain more speed and distance with the second set of 28.

When I began
this 28 day program, I must admit, I was worried I wouldn't be able to complete it as I did come away from daily sessions quite sore. I then reduced the strain during all the stretches and the discomfort went away. Also as each session went on, it did get easier and I was able to increase the reps.  I quickly learnt that you DONT OVERDO the stretches to the point it hurts.  I also found quickly that this "Backing off from intensity did not affect results and flexibility increased as the program promotes. This does take some time but very well worth it. I am lucky I have the time to spend on this program.

Anyway, this has been very beneficial for me and I am so appreciative of your program. Along with Arccos and swing caddy launch monitor helping me clearly understand outcome changes, I am experiencing the benefits and love the new feel of the swing. You dont need these devices to see improvements, your golf pals will soon ask you what is going on...

If you are struggling with some of the things I speak about here,
review the material. Send questions, they will reply quickly. I would suspect you will experience similar to what I have

Good luck
