One reason golfers lose distance is due to not having enough arch in their lower back.

Golfers who don’t have enough arch in their lower back at setup are putting excessive stress on their lower back and limit the flexibility of their spine during the swing.

This is often caused by limited hip mobility leading to an inability to control the position of the pelvic posture.

Improving the ability to move and control the pelvis allows better power transfer from the lower body to the upper body during the swing.

Pelvic tilts are a great exercise to improve your hip mobility and control.
